The Romanian office of CEE Attorneys has advised the sellers on the final stage of the sale of the 7Card business to the French group Sodexo.
According to CEE Attorneys, the transaction was structured in several stages, which took over four years. Sodexo is a French food services and facilities management company which has been operating for over 50 years.
The CEE Attorneys team included Partners Sergiu Gidei and Krisztina Voicu and Associate Elena Sopotean.
CEE Attorneys informed CEE Legal Matters that it was unable to identify counsel for the buyers.
