Greenberg Traurig and MFW Fialek Advise on Univio's Sale to Value4Capital

Greenberg Traurig has advised the founders of Univio on the sale of a majority stake in the company to Value4Capital. MFW Fialek, working with Heuking, advised Value4Capital.

The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.

Univio is a Polish IT company focused on digital transformation solutions for commerce.

Value4Capital is a private equity fund specializing in mid-market service companies.

According to Greenberg Traurig, with V4C’s backing, Univio now plans to pursue international expansion, scale its M&A efforts, and invest in new technologies and services targeting untapped market segments.

The Greenberg Traurig team included Deputy Managing Partner Michal Fereniec, Local Partner Michal Bobrzynski, Of Counsel Marek Kozaczuk, Associate Adam Andula, and Junior Associate Aleksandra Rydz.
