CK Legal Advises Kruk on PLN 100 Million Bond Issuance

CK Legal Chabasiewicz Kowalska has advised Kruk on its PLN 100 million bond issuance targeting individual investors.

Kruk operates in the debt collection industry across Poland and Central Europe. It has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2011.

According to CK Legal, initially set at PLN 80 million, the offering was upsized to PLN 100 million due to significant investor demand, ultimately closing with a 67% proportional subscription reduction.

Earlier this year, CK Legal advised on another Kruk PLN 100 million bond issuance (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 17, 2025). In 2024, the law firm advised Kruk on the Polish Financial Supervision Authority’s approval for a bond issuance program (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 18, 2024), on Kruk's bond issuance (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 1, 2024), and on the issuance of its AO5EUR and AO6EUR series bonds (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on February 12, 2024). In 2023, the firm advised Kruk on its AO3EUR and A04EUR euro-denominated retail bond offerings (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 20, 2023).
