White & Case has advised Polski Swiatlowod Otwarty on the acquisition of Elsat from Vectra. Rymarz Zdort Maruta advised Vectra.
The transaction remains contingent on regulatory approval.
PSO was launched in 2023 as a joint venture between Plug Finco, a company wholly owned by InfraVia V Invest, and the Iliad Group company P4.
Vectra is a Polish fixed-line internet and television service provider. According to White & Case, the transaction includes the transfer of a significant portion of Vectra’s wholesale business and broadband infrastructure assets to Elsat, covering approximately 2.3 million households, primarily via the network of Vectra Group company Multimedia Polska.
