Greenberg Traurig has advised JV partners 7R, MFC Real Estate, and DIL Polska Baumanagement on the sale of the 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I logistics complex to Macquarie Asset Management.

According to Greenberg Traurig, "7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I, recently developed by 7R as a project in line with the ‘last mile’ concept, has a total warehouse space of 15,900 square meters and is situated in Warsaw, close to the Chopin Airport."

According to a 7R press statement, the logistics complex "is already fully-leased to tenants representing such industries as pharmaceuticals, engineering, logistics, and home improvement. Moreover, the Avenger Flight Group runs there the first training center for commercial aviation in Poland."

7R is a developer specializing in delivering logistics space for rent. Its portfolio includes both large-scale logistics parks, BTS projects, and small business unit urban warehouses uniquely branded 7R City Flex.

DIL Polska Baumanagement is an entity specializing in the preparation of development projects.

MFC Real Estate is a Warsaw-based asset and investment manager focusing on the Polish real estate market, providing services to mainly foreign investors. Since 2009, it has built up and managed real estate assets representing a value of more than EUR 750 million. 

Greenberg Traurig's team included Deputy Managing Partner Radomil Charzynski, Senior Associate Filip Widuch, and Associates Jedrzej Antoszewski and Alicja Flis.
