Michal Glowacki and Lukasz Targoszynski have been promoted to Partner in Baker McKenzie’s Warsaw office, as of July 1, 2022.
Specializing in capital markets and banking and finance, Glowacki has been with Baker Mckenzie for over 14 years, and he co-heads the firm’s Capital Markets practice. He joined Baker McKenzie in 2008 as an Associate and was then promoted to Senior Associate and Counsel in 2012 and 2018, respectively. Earlier, he was an Associate with the WKB law office, from 2006 to 2008, and with Calan & Associes, from 2004 to 2006. Between 2003 and 2004, Glowacki worked at Zdrojewska as a Lawyer.
Targoszynski specializes in M&A, private equity, and joint venture transactions. He first joined the firm in 2012 as a Lawyer and was promoted to Associate in 2017 and Senior Associate in 2019. Between 2016 and 2017, he was also a Legal Counsel at ABSL Poland. In 2011, he started working at the Banaszczyk & Co law firm as a Legal Assistant.
