Former Counsels Agnieszka Lehwark and Bartlomiej Palusiak have been promoted to Partner in DLA Piper's Warsaw office.

Specializing in real estate, Lehwark has been with the firm since 2017, having first joined as a Senior Associate and being promoted to Counsel in 2019. Previously, she was a Senior Associate with CMS, from 2011 to 2017, and an Associate with Gide Loyrette Nouel, from 2008 to 2010.

Palusiak specializes in banking and finance. He has been a Counsel with DLA Piper since 2016. Earlier, he was a Counsel with Hogan Lovells, where he spent over 12 years, between 2003 and 2016. Before that, he was an Associate with Allen & Overy from 2001 to 2003. Palusiak also worked in-house, at LOT Polish Airlines, from 1991 to 2001.
