MFW Fialek has advised PZU Zdrowie company Bonus-Diagnosta on its acquisition of an unidentified healthcare company specializing in diagnostic imaging.
"The transaction involved the acquisition of 100% of the target’s shares, thus adding two new magnetic resonance imaging centers to PZU Zdrowie’s medical network," MFW Fialek informed.
PZU Zdrowie provides private medical care in Poland. Its medical network comprises 130 health centers, cooperating with more than 2,200 partner health centers in over 600 Polish cities.
The MFW Fialek team was led by Partner Miroslaw Fialek and Counsel Rafal Siemieniec and included Associates Wojciech Lichterowicz and Pawel Siwiec and Junior Associate Natalia Chojnowska.
