Former Bird & Bird Partner Pawel Bajno has joined the Polish KPMG associated law firm D.Dobkowski as Co-Managing Partner.
Specializing in M&A, Bajno previously worked at Bird & Bird as a Partner between 2019 and 2022. Before that, he was a Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright from 2012 to 2019 and worked at Dewey & LeBoeuf between 1994 and 2012.
"KPMG in Poland is focussing on the dynamic development of its legal advisory offering, while at the same time expanding the portfolio of services for clients," KPMG Poland Senior Partner and CEO Stacy Ligas commented.
