SSW Pragmatic Solutions has advised agro-industrial company CPF Poland on its acquisition of Polish fish processing plant FishFood.

According to SSW, CPF Poland’s takeover of the new production plant will expand the company's production capacity in the new areas, such as ready meals, snacks, soups, and seafood. The transaction is a part of CPF Poland’s development strategy directed at both domestic and foreign markets, including Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Established in 2017, CPF Poland is a part of SuperDrob and the global Charoen Pokphand Foods group, with investment projects in the agro-food industry. Headquartered in Thailand, Charoen Pokphand Foods produces and exports different types of meat in Southeast Asia and other parts of the world. SuperDrob produces poultry in Poland.

FishFood's 8,500-square-meter production halls enable the plant to produce 90 million products per year. The company can employ up to 400 people.

The SSW Pragmatic Solutions team was lead by Partner Mateusz Rogozinski and included Partners Tomasz Wickel and Michal Badowski, Senior Associate Pawel Izdebski, and Associates Aleksander Bobrowski, Rafal Lapinski and Iwona Domanska.
