ACT Legal Poland and GWW Legal Advise on Baltic Wave Hotel Acquisition in Kolobrzeg

ACT Legal Poland has advised MA Investment sp. z o.o. on the acquisition of 100% of shares in Baltic Wave sp. z o.o. GWW Legal advised the shareholders of Baltic Wave on the sale.

According to ACT Legal, Baltic Wave is conducting investment in a 5-star Baltic Wave hotel in Kolobrzeg, Poland, which will operate under the Crowne Plaza brand. As part of the deal, the firm also advised on the execution of the general contractor agreement with FB Antczak sp. z o.o., a company that has been acting as general contractor since July.

ACT further informed that the hotel will ultimately comprise 468 apartments on 14 floors. It "will have an infinity edge swimming pool, a luxurious spa & wellness area, restaurants and cafes, as well as modern conference space for 500 people. The hotel will operate in the self-service system."

The ACT Legal team consisted of Managing Partner Piotr Smoluch, Partner Sebastian Sury, and Associates Edyta Krzepicka and Arkadiusz Kocel.

The GWW team included Partners Jakub Obiegly and Marek Szymanek.
