Dominika Niewiadomska-Siniecka Joins UPC Polska as Board Member and Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer

Dominika Niewiadomska-Siniecka has joined UPC Polska as Board Member and Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer.

 As a Board Member at the company, Niewiadomska-Siniecka will oversee legal and regulatory, compliance, and external affairs, among other areas of the business.

Niewiadomska-Siniecka began her career as an associate at Clifford Chance in 2000. She moved to Beiten Burkhardt in 2001, where she spent six years as Senior Associate. Niewiadomska-Siniecka then joined CMS, also as Senior Associate, and spent another year and a half with the firm. She moved in-house in 2009, first as Legal Counsel and, from 2010 to 2018, as General Counsel at Polish mobile operator Play. Finally, after parting ways with Play in 2018 and joining UPC Polska in 2021, Niewiadomska-Siniecka spent two years and a year and a half, respectively, as General Counsel at Warburg Pincus portfolio companies – the Aion Bank and Vodeno.
