Greenberg Traurig Advises BNP Paribas on Sale of BNP Paribas Bank Polska Shares

Greenberg Traurig Warsaw has advised BNP Paribas SA on its PLN 470 million sale of over 7.47 million BNP Paribas Bank Polska shares in an accelerated book-building process.

According to Greenberg Traurig, Rabobank International Holding was the other seller on the transaction, while PKO Bank Polski Biuro Maklerskie in Warsaw acted as global coordinator and bookrunner in the process. According to the firm, the total number of shares represented 1.26% of BNP Paribas’ and 3.81% of Rabobank International’s shareholding, as well as 5.07% of the Bank's share capital and total number of votes.

Greenberg Traurig’s team included Partners Rafal Sienski and Lukasz Pawlak, Senior Associate Joanna Kuc, and Associate Lukasz Chmura. The firm did not respond to an inquiry about the deal.
