Former CMS Counsel Ilona Fedurek has joined the Banking & Finance practice of SSW Pragmatic Solutions as Partner.
Fedurek has over 14 years of experience in Banking/Finance. According to SSW, “she has advised banks and other financial institutions on domestic and international leveraged finance transactions and general corporate lending. Ilona also regularly provides services to syndicates of lenders and companies in connection with financing transactions for infrastructure and real estate projects.”
Fedurek has a law degree from the University of Wroclaw. Before joining SSW, she spent ten years with White & Case and almost four years with CMS.
