Greenberg Traurig and SKJ Advise on Sale of Neon Building in Gdansk

Greenberg Traurig has advised Polish real estate developer Torus on its EUR 80 million sale of the Neon office building in Gdansk to DWS Grundbesitz. SKJ Szybkowski Kuzma Jelen advised the buyer.

The Neon building offers over 35,000 square meters of leasable area, including 33,500 square meters of office space and over 1,500 square meters of retail area. The two-year construction of Neon was completed in October 2019.

DWS is an investment fund headquartered in Germany that employs nearly 3,300 people worldwide. The fund has been managing assets worth EUR 759 billion, as of September 2020.
