SSW Pragmatic Solutions and Greenberg Traurig Advise on 7R and Zabka’s Construction Project

SSW Pragmatic Solutions has advised 7R on its entrance into an agreement with Zabka for the construction of a logistics center in Radzymin, Poland. Greenberg Traurig advised Zabka on the deal.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Zabka is a chain of over 6,000 convenience stores in Poland. The company was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Poznan. 

7R is a Krakow-based real estate developer in the logistics and industrial sector. The company specializes in preparation, construction, and management of warehouse facilities. 

According to SSW, the warehouse will consist of approximately 60,000 square meters and will feature refrigerated areas and systems supporting the automation of logistic processes. In addition, the firm reported that the building will be eco-friendly, as it will be powered by photovoltaic panels, install smog-eating paving stones, and use a grey water management system.
