Taylor Wessing Warsaw has advised the MLP Group on the public offering of its EUR 15 million bonds and their placement on the alternative Catalyst market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
According to the firm, the bonds were introduced for trading in the same listing as the series C bonds previously issued by the MLP Group.
The MLP Group specializes in logistics and production spaces. The company operates a total of 17 operational logistics parks in Poland, Germany, and Romania.
