Linklaters and KPRF Advise on Chariot Group's Lease Extensions with Auchan Poland

Linklaters has advised Chariot Group, a company managed by Griffin Real Estate, on the extension of leases with Auchan Poland for six retail properties totaling 83,000 square meters. The KPRF Law Office advised Auchan Poland on the deal.

According to Linklaters, “Auchan is a French multinational retail group. The company decided to sign agreements to extend the lease of six properties belonging to Chariot in Szczecin, Rybnik, Slupsk, Gdansk, Nowy Sacz, and Lublin. The lease agreements were signed for the period of over 12 years.”
