Otilia Vilcu has become Partner at GNP Guia Naghi and Partners.
Vilcu specializes in competition law, commercial law, intellectual property, retail and consumer protection, as well as public procurement. She began her career at D&B David si Baias in 2013. After nearly seven years with the firm, she moved to the spin-off firm GNP Guia Naghi and Partners, a D&B spin-off that had been founded by former partner Manuela Guia (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 9, 2019).
Vilcu received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Bucharest and her Master’s degree in European Law from the Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne University in 2012 and her Master of Laws in Cross Cultural Business Practice from the University of Freiburg in 2013.
