Cosmin Libotean, Andra Mihalache, and Cristi Tudor have made Equity Partner at Musat & Asociatii in Romania.

Cosmin Libotean’s fields of expertise are commercial and administrative litigation, as well as public procurement disputes. According to Musat & Asociatii, “Cosmin’s [promotion] to the firm’s equity partnership only comes as a natural recognition of his professional success, having represented before national and international courts an impressive number of top companies in various practices.” Before joining Musat & Asociatii in 2010, Libotean ran his own practice for seven years. He obtained his bachelor’s and his master’s degree at the Babes-Bolyai University in 2002 and 2003, respectively.

Andra Mihalache, who has been with Musat & Asociatii since beginning her career at the firm in 2011, specializes in dispute resolution, civil law, fiscal and administrative litigation, corporate and commercial law, and enforcement. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Law and her Master of Laws degrees from the University of Bucharest in 2011 and 2012, respectively.

Musat & Asociatii describes Cristi Tudor, who co-coordinates the firm's Restructuring & Insolvency practice, as “an excellent and reputed insolvency practitioner with a rich and extensive professional experience." Tudor joined Musat & Asociatii in 2006 and received his master’s degree from the Buchares University of Economic Studies in 2008.

“I am extremely delighted to congratulate all our lawyers for this promotion and well-deserved step forward in their careers,” commented Gheorghe Musat, Managing Partner of Musat & Asociatii. “Although this has been a hectic year, we are proud to continue to support the professional development of our colleagues [and] we would like to thank them for their effort and contribution …[and] wish them a lot of success in their new positions.”
