Former Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka Senior Associate Grzegorz Filipowicz has become a partner in SSW Pragmatic Solutions’ Energy practice.
According to SSW, “Grzegorz has several years of experience in advising on energy law, energy sector support systems, regulatory issues, and investment processes. He specializes in issues concerning renewable energy sources and has advised investors and financial institutions in the processes of acquisition/disposal and financing of renewable energy projects in Poland." According to the firm, he “has experience in preparing and negotiating energy purchase agreements and certificates of origin purchase agreements as well as agreements related to securing legal title to land for renewable energy projects.”
Filipowicz is a graduate of the University of Warsaw. Prior to joining SSW, he spent two and a half years with Gide, almost nine years with Norton Rose Fulbright, and over three and a half years with Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka.
