Aleksandra Krawczyk, Kinga Slomka, Dominika Szachniewicz, and Witold Slawinski have been promoted to Partner at SDZLegal Schindhelm in Poland.

SDZLegal Schindhelm describes Aleksandra Krawczyk as "an advocate and insolvency administrator with broad professional experience gained also during foreign internships" and reports that "she has been cooperating with SDZLegal Schindhelm for seven years, dealing with bankruptcy and restructuring law [and] conducting court disputes and issues related to business succession.” She has a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Wroclaw and an LL.M. from the Ruprecht Karl University in Heidelberg. Prior to joining SDZLegal Schindhelm, she spent a year with Balduin Pfnur & Partner and two years with Lexbridge Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni Gronski i Partnerzy.

Kinga Slomka is a member of SDZLegal Schindhelm's Commercial Contracts and Real Estate Practices. According to the firm, ”she advises Polish and foreign entities in the area of civil law and administrative law, especially in the area of construction law and spatial management.” She holds a Masters’ degree in Law from the University of Wroclaw, and prior to joining SDZLegal Schindhelm, she spent over five years with Studnicki, Pleszka, Cwiakalsi, and Gorski.

Dominika Szachniewicz, who has been with SDZLegal Schindhelm since 2012, has 12 years of experience advising on procedural and labor law. 

Witold Slawinski specializes in construction law, public procurement law, and litigation. He’s been a part of SDZLegal Schindhelm since February of 2020, and, according to the firm, he ”provides legal services for investment processes and construction contracts, as well as advises on conducting business negotiations and concluding and reviewing trade agreements." He has a Masters’ degree in Law from Maria Curie Sklodowska University in Lublin, a Doctorate in Intellectual Property from the Catholic University of Lublin, and an LL.M. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. Prior to joining SDZLegal Schindhelm, he spent eight and a half years (over two different periods) with Wierzbowski Eversheds Sutherland (which included year-long secondments with Tyco International and American Express) and four and a half years with the Slawinski Stylinski general partnership.
