Sorainen Advises on CCC Sale to TELUS International
Sorainen has advised investment firm Ardian on the sale of the Competence Call Center Group to TELUS International, a subsidiary of the TELUS Corporation.
Closing of the transaction remains subject to antitrust approval.
The Sorainen team consisted of Latvia Managing Partner Eva Berlaus, Senior Associate Janis Bite, and Associate Liva Aleksejeva.
Sorainen did not reply to our inquiry about the deal.
