Schoenherr Advises Eurobank Greece on Sale of Romanian Real Estate to Radacini Group

Schoenherr has advised Eurobank Greece on the sale of a commercial real estate asset in Iasi, Romania, to the real estate division of the Radacini Group.

The target asset, according to Schoenherr, “has a sales area of approximately 8,000 square meters and houses a Brico Depot do-it-yourself store.”

The Eurobank Group, consisting of Eurobank SA and its subsidiaries, is a financial organization that develops financial products and services, operating in Greece, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Serbia, Bulgaria, and the UK.

The Radacini Group is a car distributor in Romania. The network currently includes car dealerships and authorized service centers in Bucharest, Braila, Brasov, Constanta, Galati, and Ploiesti.
