Stratulat Albulescu has advised the Bucharest Stock Exchange on leasing 2,235 square meters of office space in the America House building – for relocation purposes – from Complexul Multifunctional Victoria.
According to Stratulat Albulescu, “hosting iconic office and retail spaces in the heart of Bucharest, America House is well served by public transportation, Victoriei Square being known as the major public transport hub of Bucharest.”
Stratulat Albulescu’s team included Partner Tudor Ciambur and Associate Irina Caragea.
Stratulat Albulescu was unable to disclose additional information on the deal.
