Sorainen has advised Wildix and its founders on Livonia Partners’ decision to increase its equity stake in the company.
According to Sorainen, Livonia Partners, the first external investor in the cloud-based UCaaS provider, has reinforced its commitment to Wildix’s growth by expanding its shareholding.
Wildix is a provider of unified communications as a service, offering browser-based collaboration and VoIP solutions to over one million active users across 135 countries.
The Sorainen team included Partners Piret Jesse and Kaido Kunnapas, Counsel Jane Eespold, Senior Associates Robin Teever and Kamilla Alma Vilderson, Associate Kadri Puu, and Assistant Lawyer Merylin Tihomirova.
