DWF has advised Michal Solowow's MS Innovation Impulse and Synthos Green Energy on the establishment of a joint venture with utility company ZE PAK to build and operate small modular nuclear reactors. Greenberg Traurig reportedly advised ZE PAK on the deal.

According to DWF, “based on the agreement the parties establish a special purpose vehicle operating in the nuclear energy field, through the construction of SMR technology-based generation units in Patnow, where ZE PAK is currently active in lignite power generation.”

DWF’s team included Local Partner Rafal Wozniak and Senior Associate Krzysztof Jagiello.
