Dentons and Rymarz Zdort have advised Ghelamco on the sale of the office and commercial component of The Warsaw Hub complex to Google Poland. Baker McKenzie advised Google.

The deal is valued at approximately EUR 583 million and is described by Rymarz Zdort as the largest single office transaction in the history of the Polish and CEE markets to date. “The Warsaw HUB is a multifunctional skyscraper complex developed and constructed by Ghelamco. Located at Rondo Daszynskiego, in the most dynamically developing part of Warsaw, it is one of Europe’s most technologically advanced buildings,” the firm informed.

According to Dentons, “Google Poland has acquired from Ghelamco two towers offering over 92,000 square meters of office space along with a part of the commercial and underground part of the complex.”

Ghelamco is a European real estate investor and developer operating in the office, residential, retail, logistics, and leisure markets.

Google Poland, a subsidiary of Google, is a multinational technology company specializing in internet-related services and products.
