Hogan Lovells, Dentons, and MDDP Advise on Patrizia’s Sale of Warsaw Office Portfolio to VIG Fund

Hogan Lovells and Dentons have advised Patrizia on its sale of a three-building office portfolio in Warsaw to Vienna Insurance Group company VIG Fund. MDDP Olkiewicz and Partners advised the VIG Fund.

The sold portfolio has a total area of 15,400 square meters and consists of three office buildings in Warsaw: Norway House, CH25, and N21.

Patrizia is a real estate investment manager, operating through 19 offices in Europe and in Hong Kong, Melbourne, New York, Seoul, and Tokyo.

The Vienna Insurance Group is an insurance group in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe. It operates around 50 insurance companies in 30 countries.

The Hogan Lovells team included Partner Andrzej Debiec and Counsel Zbigniew Marczyk.

The Dentons team included Partner Bartlomiej Kordeczka, Counsel Martyna Racz-Suchocka, Senior Associate Arkadiusz Debski, and Associate Alicja Grabowska.
