Greenberg Traurig and Dentons Advise on Hansainvest’s Acquisition of Generation Park Y from Skanska

Greenberg Traurig advised Hansainvest Real Assets on the EUR 285 million acquisition of Warsaw's Generation Park Y from Skanska. Dentons advised the seller.

According to Dentons, Generation Park is a three-building office complex developed at Rondo Daszynskiego in Warsaw, with a total leasable area of 88,000 square meters. Generation Park Y is a 38-story building with a leasable area of 47,600 square meters. The facility was completed in the first quarter of 2021 and has 38 levels above ground as well as four levels underground.

Hansainvest is a German investment and asset management firm, offering services such as acquisition and sale, project development, asset management, and portfolio management. The company’s real estate portfolio currently consists of around 230 properties in 18 countries.

Skanska is a project development and construction group, operating in Europe and North America.

Dentons previously advised Skanska on the lease of space in Generation Park Y (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on July 3, 2020), on the sale of Generation Park Z (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 30, 2020), and on the sale of Generation Park X (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 4, 2017). Greenberg Traurig advised the buyers on both those acquisition transactions.
