Hogan Lovells Advises Gutenberg Capital on Purchase of Power Park Opole

Hogan Lovells has advised German investment company Gutenberg Capital on the preliminary agreement for the acquisition of Power Park Opole from EPP.

The transaction is expected to close in March 2022.

According to Hogan Lovells, “Power Park Opole provides around 23,000 square meters and is anchored by Auchan and Media Markt. The acquisition of Power Park Opole is Gutenberg Capital’s first strategic investment in Poland. Gutenberg Capital intends to expand its portfolio of food-anchored retail properties in the upcoming months.”

Hogan Lovells’ team included Partner Andrzej Debiec, Counsels Bartosz Clemenz and Zbigniew Marczyk, Senior Associate Mateusz Dereszynski, Associates Adam Nowosielski and Jan Starybrat, and Lawyers Pawel Gnas, Natalia Olechnowicz and Antoni Cypryjanski.
