Dentons Advises ING on Wind Farm Financing for ABO Wind

Dentons has advised ING Bank Slaski on a PLN 127 million financing granted to the German developer ABO Wind for the construction of a 19,5-megawatt wind power project in Wielkopolska Province in Poland.

According to Dentons, “ABO Wind is one of the European leaders in terms of development of renewable energy projects. Since 1996, the company has developed and sold wind and solar projects with a capacity of more than 3,700 megawatts and has built around half of them.”

Dentons’ team included Warsaw-based Partner Piotr Nerwinski, Senior Associate Justyna Jamrozy, and Associate Katarzyna Kaptur, as well as a further team in Frankfurt.

Dentons could not provide further information on the deal.
