Dentons and Filip & Company Advise on RON 750 Million Facility for Electrica

Dentons has advised Erste Group Bank, Raiffeisen Bank Romania, and Banca Comerciala Romana on the RON 750 million facility agreement with Societatea Energetica Electrica. Filip & Company advised Electrica on the deal.

Societatea Energetica Electrica operates on the Romanian electricity distribution and supply market. According to Dentons, “Electrica plans to use the facility, which corresponds to roughly EUR 150 million, to finance the implementation of its strategy for the period 2019-2023.”
