Rymarz Zdort has advised Globalworth on the EUR 123 million sale of five Warsaw office buildings to Cornerstone Investment Management investment platform 5th Corner.

The transaction involved the sale of five office buildings in Warsaw: Nordic Park, Bliski Centrum, Batory Building I, Company House I, and Warta Tower. According to Rymarz Zdort, the largest of these buildings is 30,000 square meters.

According to the firm, London Stock Exchange-listed investment company Globalworth is active in the CEE real estate market, holding leading market positions in Romania and Poland.

The Rymarz Zdort team was led by Partner Piotr Fedorowicz and included Senior Associate Tomasz Bakowski and Associates Izabela Skrzypczak, Mateusz Konopka, and Marcin Banak.

Rymarz Zdort did not respond to our inquiry on the matter.
