Dentons has advised Payten on its acquisition of a majority stake in Romanian e-commerce software developer ContentSpeed. Popovici Nitu Stoica & Asociatii advised the seller.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

According to Dentons, “Payten together with ContentSpeed will accelerate the development of existing and new e-commerce products and software solutions, to provide an even better offering and service to merchants selling online and expand internationally.”

The Dentons team included Partner Cristian Popescu, Counsel Cristina Marcu, and Senior Associate Mariana Marcu.

PNSA’s team consisted of Partner Silviu Stoica and Managing Associate Vlad Ambrozie.
