Dentons, Linklaters, and Hogan Lovells Advise on Patrizia Sale of Office Building to Generali

Dentons has advised Patrizia Frankfurt Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft on the sale of its Le Palais office building in Warsaw to Generali Europe Income Holding subsidiary Loranze. Linklaters advised Generali on the deal. Hogan Lovells advised the seller on tax issues.

According to Dentons, “Le Palais Office is a unique investment due to the revitalization of two buildings designed in the 19th Century in a neo-renaissance style. The property offers approximately 6,240 square meters of gross leasable area, including approximately 5.100 square meters of net office space.” Patrizia Frankfurt Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft is a German entity managing real estate investment funds in Europe.
