The Warsaw office of Dentons has advised Interpierre Europe Centrale on its acquisition of the MAN Truck & Bus Center warehouse in Malopole, Poland, from 7R. SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised 7R on the deal.
MAN Truck & Bus Center offers 2,510 square meters of servicing area with a car wash and a two-story office space. According to Dentons, the center is fully leased to MAN Truck & Bus Polska – sales and service division of the heavyweight vehicles manufacturer from Volkswagen group.
Interpierre Europe Centrale is part of the PAREF Group, which is a provider of real estate development and management services in the commercial and residential sectors.
7R is a Krakow-based developer of real estate in the logistics and industrial sectors.
