Linklaters has advised development company Skanska on the purchase of the remaining stake of shares in Business Link sp. o.o. from the Academic Entrepreneurship Incubator foundation, which runs a network of co-working and private rental offices in Poland.

Cobalt has advised Finnish private equity fund KJK on its acquisition of a 50% stake in Estonian Tahe Outdoors OÜ. Subsequently, Ellex Raidla advised Tahe Outdoors on its use of those funds to acquire BIC Sport for somewhere between EUR six and nine million, creating the second largest water-sports equipment producer in Europe.

White & Case and GKC Partners have advised Yapi Kredi Bank, one of the largest private banks in Turkey, on its inaugural offering of USD 650 million Perpetual Fixed Rate Resettable Additional Tier 1 Notes. Watson Farley & Williams has advised the National Bank of Greece on a ten year non-recourse acquisition financing of EUR 357 million to a consortium of Snam, Enagas, and Fluxys to fund approximately 65% of the consideration for the consortium's acquisition of a 66% stake in the Hellenic Gas Transmission System Operator S.A. The Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm advised the consortium.

Wolf Theiss has advised DDM Group and B2Holding on the acquisition of Heta Asset Resolution's Croatian servicing platform and a portfolio of receivables and properties with a face value of EUR 800 million. CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz advised Heta on the sale, which remains subject to regulatory approval.
