Dimitrov Petrov & Co has advised DHH on the acquisition of the remaining 40% stake in Evolink for a transaction value of over EUR 2.2 million.
Evolink is an infrastructure-as-a-service provider in Bulgaria. According to DPC, this marks the completion of DHH’s full acquisition of Evolink, following its majority stake acquisition in 2021 (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 20, 2021).
The DPC team included Partner Zoya Todorova, Senior Associate Ana-Mari Eremieva, and Associate Polya Dimitrova.
