Wolf Theiss Advises Raiffeisen Bank on EUR 300 Million Green Bond Issuance

Wolf Theiss, working with Linklaters, has advised Raiffeisen Bank on the issuance of EUR 300 million 4.191% 6NC5 green non-preferred senior eligible notes due 2031. White & Case reportedly advised the bank syndicate.

According to Wolf Theiss, the EUR 300 million issuance was placed with professional clients and eligible counterparties, with the notes carrying a 4.191% annual coupon and listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

In 2024, Wolf Theiss advised Raiffeisen Bank International on EUR 650 million additional tier 1 notes issuance and tender offer (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 2, 2024).
