Sorainen has advised Summus Capital on its EUR 30 million bond issuance.

Summus Capital is a Baltic commercial real estate investment company. According to Sorainen, the transaction marks Summus Capital’s third bond issuance, but the first open to retail investors across the Baltics. The bonds are listed on the Nasdaq Tallinn Baltic Bond List. Summus Capital owns and manages a diversified portfolio of retail, office, logistics, and medical properties in the Baltics and Poland, with assets exceeding EUR 500 million in value.
