Bondoc & Asociatii has advised digital transformation and solution provider Intive on the acquisition of technology group Ammeon.
According to Bondoc & Asociatii, the "Ammeon acquisition is expected to strengthen Intive’s position at the forefront of the digital transformation of products and services of tomorrow. Following the completion of the transaction, Ammeon will continue to operate as a separate business line within the Intive group, while Romania is contemplated as an additional nearshore location for the entire group."
