Rymarz Zdort has advised Canada's Northland Power Inc. on the forming of a joint venture with PKN Orlen S.A. involving the preparation, development, and operation of an offshore wind farm with a total capacity of up to 1.2 GW.

Northland Power Inc. is a developer, owner, and operator of clean and green global power infrastructure assets in four continents, including offshore wind farms operating in Europe and projects currently under construction in Asia. The company will ultimately acquire a 49% equity interest in the JV project with PKN Orlen. The construction of the wind farm will commence in 2023.
