Kinstellar has advised the EBRD on a EUR 40 million agreement with Raiffeisebank Bulgaria.
According to Kinstellar, "the loan will enable Raiffeisebank to finance regional water and sewage operators across the country at favorable terms. The facility is co-financed by the EBRD and the EU’s European Structural and Investment Funds via Bulgaria’s Fund of Funds.”
Kinstellar’s team consisted of Counsel Svilen Issaev, Senior Associates Zornitsa Georgieva and Kristina Lyubenova, and Associate Denitsa Kuzeva.
