SSW Pragmatic Solutions has helped Gaming Factory SA obtain approval for its prospectus from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority for a planned public offering and application for admission and introduction of shares to trading on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Gaming Factory specializes in the production and distribution of video games for PC and Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox consoles. The company creates and releases adventure games, action games, simulators, and tycoon games.
