Integrites has advised Sibelco on the acquisition of Ukrainian clay producers Euromineral LLC and Kurdyumovsky Plant PrJSC. The seller was advised by in-house counsel Yana Petrova.
According to Integrites, "Sibelco is a Belgium-based global material solutions company operating over 170 production sites in more than 30 countries. The acquisition of the facilities which have officially become part of Sibelco helped the client to grow its positions on the regional market and increase its access to reserves of raw materials."
