Stratulat Albulescu has advised GapMinder Venture Capital fund on its investment in tech start-up TypingDNA, which provides proprietary AI-based typing biometrics technology as a service, enabling companies to recognize people by the way they type.

According to Stratulat Albulescu, "GapMinder sees the investment as a natural addition to its existing portfolio in the context of a rise of a two-factor authentication market to an estimated value of USD 10 billion."

Stratulat Albulescu reports that the seed round of TypingDNA, which was founded in Oradea, Romania, "raised a total of USD 15 million, which is expected to fuel the development of TypingDNA’s technology, as well as the further extension of the business in financial markets and large corporations."

Stratulat Albulescu's team was led by Managing Partner Silviu Stratulat and included Managing Associate Cristina Man and Senior Associate Elena Stan.
