TGS Baltic has advised UAB Eugesta on the acquisition of a majority interest in UAB Armavista.

UAB Eugesta is an international distribution company in the Baltic States that provides road freight transport, transport logistics services, distribution of consumer goods, and the wholesale trade of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages. According to TGS Baltic, 94.7% of shares in UAB Eugesta is managed by KS investicija controlled by Kestutis Stabingis, which also owns the restaurant chain Fortas.

UAB Armavista provides freight forwarding, road freight transport, reloading, warehousing, and other terminal services.

The TGS Baltic team consisted of Executive Partner Marius Matonis, Associate Giedrius Svidras, Junior Associate Julija Skardziute, and Trainee Paulius Dabulskis.
