Reals has advised UniCredit Bank CZ & SK on the acquisition financing, refinancing, and reconstruction funding of three Albert hypermarkets. Giese & Partners advised Helaba on the refinancing of one of the hypermarkets.
The hypermarkets are located in Pribram, Hradec Kralove, and Znojmo in the Czech Republic, and were recently acquired by Ungelt Group.
