BPV Braun Partners Advises Maestrani on Acquisition of Belgian Chocolate Maker Delafaille and Czech Subsidiary Ostrapack

BPV Braun Partners, working with Kellerhals Carrard, has advised Maestrani Schweizer Schokoladen on its acquisition of Belgian praline producer Delafaille, including its Czech subsidiary Ostrapack. Krutak & Partners reportedly advised the sellers. Van Bael & Bellis reportedly advised Maestrani Schweizer Schokoladen as well.

Maestrani Schweizer Schokoladen is a Switzerland-based chocolate manufacturer.

According to BPV Braun Partners, Ostrapack, an IFS Food-certified facility, specializes in chocolate co-packing services and operates across a 12,000-square-meter site, including 5,000 square meters with temperature-controlled conditions. With a workforce that scales up to 300 during peak season, the Czech entity represents a strategic packaging hub in the Delafaille group.
